  • Dispatch Timeline: Due to the time required for these sacred rituals, all orders carry a mandatory 15-day processing period. Your order will be dispatched only after the energization process is complete. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this waiting period.

  • The effects of energized idols are based on individual faith, devotion, and spiritual practice.

4. Product Authenticity & Handcrafting

Our idols are crafted from high-quality brass. Because these are handcrafted items, minor variations in finish, color, and luster compared to the website images are natural and should be expected. These variations do not constitute a defect.

  • Damages: In the event of transit damage, a replacement will only be considered if a clear unboxing video is provided within 24 hours of delivery.
